WOMAN & HOME APPOINTS NEW DEPUTY
Tuesday 23rd May 2006
Woman & Home, IPC SouthBank's monthly glossy for women over 35, has appointed Natasha Cook to the new role of deputy editor.
Currently assistant editor (features) on the magazine, Natasha began her career in newspapers, before working on weekly magazines then moving into glossy monthlies. She joined Woman & Home last summer.
In the new role of deputy editor, Natasha will be working across the whole title, as well looking after celebrity content and ensuring that the magazine's trademark feel-good factor and glamorous appeal are stronger than ever.
She will also be heavily involved with Woman & Home's website, womanandhome.com
Woman & Home editorial director Sue James comments: “I'm thrilled to appoint Natasha to the role of deputy editor. Our continued success is built on knowing our readers, the 35+ woman with a 'Brand New Attitude' and Natasha recognises the potential of this readership.”
Natasha adds: "I'm delighted to be Woman & Home's new deputy editor. I love its ethos - 'A Brand New Attitude' - giving women the confidence to do whatever it is in life that makes them feel fulfilled and happy. Clearly it's something women find refreshing with the magazine enjoying four years of circulation growth."
