InStyle.co.uk Gets De Beers In
Established in 1888, De Beers is the worlds leading diamond company. Their key objective was to promote branding of the De Beers jewellery range amongst an image conscious, affluent female audience, positioning the brand as the ultimate jewellery purchase.
InStyle, the fashion and style bible from IPC Southbank is now established as one of the leading fashion magazines in the UK. The Instyle.co.uk website launched successfully in May 2007 showcasing the hottest trends in fashion, beauty and A-list celebrity style.
A dedicated Oscars coverage within the celebrities channel provided visitors with their daily fix for all the Oscars news and more importantly what the stars were wearing. De Beers sponsored the Oscars coverage, providing a powerful branding message and excellent association with one of the most stylish events in the A-lister's calendar demonstrating how De Beers jewellery is the perfect accompaniment to the perfect outfit.
The campaign proved a massive success for De Beers through taking advantage of the authority of the InStyle brand and its well-known association with A list celebrity style and glamour.
