Neil Perkin, group ad director, Marketing & Strategy
Formerly ad director with responsibility for IPC Key Accounts and the tx/Connect divisional trading teams, Neil now heads the development of the marketing strategy for IPC Advertising.
He works closely with all the other group ad directors through the IPC Ad Board. He is also charged with developing advertising opportunities outside of the traditional display arena, leading our new dedicated Creative Solutions division.
Neil is IPC's representative on the ABC Consumer Magazines Committee, chairs the PPA Events Group and sits on the PPA Magazine Advertising Group.

IPC Marketing & Strategy – Access All Areas
The division is made up of three teams – IPC Insight, IPC Marketing & Strategy and IPC Corporate Digital Advertising - each of which is structured to provide agencies and advertisers with the very best thinking from across IPC and beyond.
IPC Insight
IPC Insight is the consumer insight division of IPC Advertising. The team are the authority on IPC's key audiences, market sectors and brands - providing an essential and necessary consumer focused approach.
The Insight team is led by Director of Insight, Amanda Wigginton, who was previously consumer research manager on IPC's successful magazine launches. The team work with clients to build understanding of audiences, get them closer to their consumers, develop an on-going dialogue and relationship with their consumers, and to measure advertising effectiveness.
Consumer Insight is at the heart of everything we do at IPC and the Insight team work collaboratively with our Publishing, Editorial and New Product Development teams to leverage the wealth of research and Insight across the business. This allows us to really get under the skin of our consumers and bring them to life for our clients.

IPC Marketing & Strategy
We have also created a new, four strong IPC Marketing & Strategy team, working as a direct resource for planners and advertisers to provide dedicated access to essential data sources, bespoke information and analysis on the real potential of the magazine medium.
The team is headed up by James Papworth, formerly ad marketing manager in IPC Advertising. It will facilitate conversations at a strategic planner level, ensuring partners understand the true potential of the magazine medium and flagging tactical opportunities for clients across the portfolio.
IPC Marketing & Strategy will also be responsible for www.ipcadvertising.com, which has relaunched, with increased access to the latest research data on IPC and the magazine market, along with interactive examples of the best in creative and effective magazine advertising and cross platform solutions.

Corporate Digital Advertising
Corporate Digital Advertising encompasses the development and implementation of integrated digital advertising strategies across the company, working alongside the existing divisional digital ad directors to unlock the audience strength of IPC's peerless digital portfolio. Corporate Digital Advertising also supports the central trading teams to enable greater cross platform opportunities. Director of digital advertising Nick Bradley will provide a central point of contact for clients and agencies looking to tap into the diverse audiences IPC's digital brands represent.
