Sam has been with IPC for over 10 years, beginning his career on NME, Melody Maker, Muzik and Loaded. Since then, he has worked across virtually every division of the business.
He was the ad manager behind the launch of Nuts in 2004 and went on to run the ignite display team before taking his current role.

ignite is fuelled by three core teams. Display Ad Sales can provide one-call access to any one of the brands, and the 10-strong team is run by trading director Andrew Goldsmith.
The seven-strong Sponsorship and Brand Solutionsteam is led by Sponsorship and Brand Solutions director Peter Edwards, focusing on long term client relationships, the team is also a stake-holder in RSVP, ignite's award-winning strategic alliance with GCap Media and Viacom Brand Solutions.
The third area of ignite advertising is New Media, headed up by new media sales director Andrew Sanders. In addition to developing ignite's online sales business, most notably nme.com - the UK's largest commercial specialist music website - Andrew also manages the relationships with ignite's online sales houses, ad2one and Advertising.com.
Within the ignite advertising structure, the three core teams work closely together to offer clients tailored advertising solutions capitalising on the wealth of opportunities that the ignite portfolio can offer.
